Black (and I mean VERY) black ceramic(?) PGA. Pulled from a "Teleos Model 80" telecommunications device. Device had apparently had several internal fires of varying severity, so I cannibalized it. It did work in my tests, however (Before I opened it and discovered the fires).

All text is white and centered on the chip. and is as follows

(M)
MC68020RP16E
1E30G
CNSXA9610
JAPAN

On reverse, pin area is dark green, center is a light, electronic green. Pins themselves are finsihed in a silver color. The package is much smaller than the m68k CPUs used in Macs. (The only other Motorola chips in my collection). Scans of either face of the chip are available upon request, with another chip for reference on size.

MC - Motorola
68020 - 68020 processor family
RP - plastic pin grid arry package
16 - 16 MHz
E - chip revision

These are more difficult to find than Motorola 68020 in ceramic PGA. If I'm not mistaken there is a datasheet for this processor on Motorola website.
