I ordered a SL6WZ off Taobao using Superbuy last Wednesday, but the seller has not sent the CPU to Superbuy's warehouse yet.

Should I start panicing?

I use another agent to buy on Taobao but no worry, if seller not send the CPU you are protected by the agent for your money and your seller has 3 crowns so super trusted

Seems like the CPU isn't in stock though, so I asked them to cancel the order.

Some sellers take ages to ship, but yes, if it doesn't ship for a while, it's probably out of stock :/

"service" would be not selling items they don't have access to.

I have tried to buy at least 10 different chips on Taobao (via Superbuy) only to have the orders all refunded after a few days. I don't understand the point of keeping the listings active when there is nothing to buy.

I don't see why you should bash Superbuy, bash the seller instead for not removing his auction.

Then again that's just me.

Absolutely. My problem is with the seller. Superbuy does a great job of handling the refunds.
