Grow up people.
PS. Please do not expect to much about VGAs. All Wildcats and Parphelias 512 are damaged. Completely dead or have hardware issues preventing from OS full load. I got compensation in other hardware so no claims from me but you can wait as long as you wish  If above eBay account belongs to him and he makes new sales not fixing 7 months old then any comment is not needed. I hope all you guys will get your stuff or money back even if some of you has forgived.

It is unfortunate that almost every single large quantity MCM provider somehow ends up disappearing, every 2-3 years people get hit and it turns into a felony search. Same story over and over again.
I think we need another line of defence to prevent such issues moving forward. When someone else shows up like this in future, we can ask them to deliver to AVICC first and then they get paid. Nobody pays until the batch is delivered and we take it from there. |

Yes, a few weeks ago I've finally received most of my ordered CPU's.
It took many month of keeping the pressure on him via mail and chat. He promised me many times to ship the CPU's, and after weeks he finnally shipped most of them. |

I am still hopeful that Adam will do the right thing....
Money paid to his partner as requested.
These are real people, not hard to look up and check into.
He had plenty of time to send me an invoice via PM!!
Go on Adam, do the right thing!
 
Send chips or refund thanks.
Otherwise this is a scam and is not good for their reputations and future professional trust in business and work.

Since Adam doesn't respond to any messages, I've sent one to his work place. This is their answer.

For my messages to his company didn't got direct answer but someone motimated him to contact with me. Now I see they are bored about tons of emails like this and finally answered. As I see they cover him and that explain why it took so long to me to get my paid items.
That is about 1 year ago from closed sales !

I've contacted Zixtel and various other related companies, and I've talked with Adam on the live chat so many times, and after months he finally shipped most of the items.

That's strange, isn't it? He said multiple times that he sold them, for example this topic: http://www.cpu-world.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=32210

Perhaps you can try to contact somebody else from Zixtel?
