Here are some nice late production AMD Elan SC410-33AC CPUs.
These are based on the AMD Am486 core with 8K of Writeback L1 cache and are part of the AMD E86 processor line.
They add a memory controller, Power management controller and basically everything the chipset would handle on die.
They are made on a 0.35u process and run at 33MHz (versions were made up to 100MHz)
