These are a pretty uncommon find.
They are a Intel Tolapai EP80579 1.2GHz single core SoC in FCBGA1088
The Tolapei is based on the Pentium M Dothan core with 256K of L2 Cache
It integrates all chipset functions and a DDR2 MCH on die, the first Intel processor since the 80386EX to do so.
This version includes Intel QuickAssist Technology and at 1.2GHz was the fastest Tolapai made
