These are a nice CMOS 24 macrocell EPLD, basically Intel's version of the Altera EP900(which they also made)
Its made on Intel's CMOS II-E process and is in the more uncommon 44CLCC windowed package
They are NOS
13x Intel CJ5C090-60 $3 each or a pair for $4
