Don't know if this is useful but I ended up with a lot of Micron ECC DDR Laptop RAM, all NOS
Used in a lot of networking equipment too apparently
256MB DDR 266MHz (PC133) CL2.5 ECC
Micron MT9VDDT3272PHG-265B1
a pair for $3
