These are Intel Xeon E5-2418L v3 QH9X Processors. These are Qualification Samples of the Haswell-EN R2 stepping. The equivalent of SR232
They are a 6-core processor with 15M of L3 cache running at 2GHz
They are an embedded Xeon, made with low power in mind, TDP on these is only 50W.
15 available $13 each or 2 for $22

Amazingly, there are absolutely no submissions on Passmark or HWBot for any of the 1356-3 chips. If someone wants an "easy" OC world record, looks like this would be the platform to seek out!
