Here are some unique items
These are a test packages for the AMD 'Neo' GPU in the Sony PS4 Pro
These were made in late 2013 (PS4 Pro released in 2016) and appear to be for use with a thermal/Daisy Chain die for thermal/load testing.
The Description is listed as 'CZ1_SP2_DCTV'
DCTV usually is DC Test Vehicle
They are made by Nan Ya, who supplies the FCBGA substrates to AMD
The ball out resembles (seems there is some differences) the Neo GPU, which is how I eventually figured these mysteries out. Sony Part # CXD90044GB
