Hi

I just want to know if this chip (P80C321) belong to the MCS-51 microcomputer chip family or if it is just something other pin and software compatible !!

If U have a datasheet, I am interested !!

Yes I already see it but it only say that it is software and pin-compatible with 80C51, no more ...

So I dont know if I must considerate it as a member of the MCS-51 or not !!!

yes it is a MCS-51 famiuly microcontroller. It is basically an extended RAM version of the Intel 80C32 (ROMLESS)

MCS-51 is probably THE most widely used MCU in the world. more so then even the MC6800.

with MCU's ya must realize that the annual market is over 3 Billion pieces, much much higher then the production of the CPU's most collectors are use to collecting.

Lots of cool variations too.
