Another dead board. This one doesn't power up at all. 
It's got a lot of expansion options though. AGP, PCI, ISA, SCSI, integrated OPL3 and OPL4 (yes, both) and more.
Includes two Pentium II 333MHz SL2S5's with heatsinks.
Definitely worth a shot for repair.
