Here are some nice Harris parts made for Hamilton Sundstrand for use in aircraft
They each come in their own bag
dates are 78-80
NSN on these is 5962-01-030-1571
They are a 256x4 PROM with Three State Outputs in a nice gold ceramic sandwich flatpack
6x Harris 671/122 1978 dates $4
5x Harris M9-7611 671/122 1880 dates $4
