I have 2 of these very nice Blue on white ceramic IBM chips
Not sure what they are but they are very nice looking

I've seen something similar on a video card - I think it was one of the older 3Dlabs Wildcat series or something.

those are RAMDACs, smaller but nice

They also made a MPEG decoder in this style package
