These are a pretty rare Retail only sspec and hard to find these days
I got these for a decent price though

Too much of a sellers market on eBay to be worth my effort. Wish everyone could collectively stop paying those outrageous prices to help curb trend.

Says they ship to Canada, but doesn't say what that costs.

Yeah, that's hilarious. Must be a mistake, or is for pick-up only.
For OEM boards like these (Dell, Compaq, etc), you really need to buy them in the case or you won't be able to build a system out of it, at least not without a hack job. $100 for an OEM Compaq Xeon board is not something I would consider. $45 for a quality retail dual Xeon is about my limit.

Lol it happens sometimes that a seller puts the countries they ship to in the wrong list (Excluded Countries) (so the listing says that the seller ships only to where he does not want to ship :p )...
