Can anyone give me some info on this Board or on the Intel Chips it has on it.

memory board of some description. I like these types of boards do you have more? I dont care if the chips are soldered/socketed/whatever. I collect boards like this. |

Interesting memory board. 12 bit plus parity. Could it be 4K word memory board for PDP8? Handles looking similar to pictures on the web. AMI M503 could be 1103 DRAM (what 18-pin memory chips we have in '73?). Most of the M503 packages look exactly like this Microsystems International 1103:
Some of the M503-s look exactly like this Intel 1103:
If so, then M18 must be Intel 3207. SN75108 line receivers also fit in as read sense amps (usually Intel 3208 is used instead). |
