These are the 5th gen G4 processors with 512k L2 cache
The 7447A is an enhanced 7447 with Dynamic Frequency switching and an on die thermal diode added, useful for use in laptops.
PowerPC 7447A Processors made on Motorola MOS-13 0.13u process in Austin, TX (a shrink from the 0.18u used on the non 'A' version)
Solder pulls but in decent shape
