These are some of the Motorola/Freescale HC16 processors, these are a 16-bit CPU16 design meant to replace the old 8-bit MCUs (and are based on the 6800 originally). They support hardware MULT/DIV amongst other things
These are 5V 16.6MHz parts
They are made at Motorola/Freescale Chandler, AZ MOS fab on a 0.25u process
3x Freescale MC68HC16Z1CEH16 0L80M Mask $3
