Some nice Intel 6300ESB I/O Controller Hub (South Bridge)
These were used with the 875P Canterwood P4 chipsets
One of the first I/O Controllers from Intel to drop support of the ISA bus.
These are NOS
Package 37.5 x 37.5 mm 689 BGA
Made on the P859.6 Process (0.18u 8")
