The 68360 is a CPU32+ core (derived from the 68020) as well as a 16-bit RISC processor to run the networking side of things
They have 750,000 Transistors and were the top of the line of the 68300 series
These were the first 32-bit CPUs to integrate WAN/Ethernet on chip
They are a 241 pin PGA, quite big
