Here are some nice HCMOS Motorola 68000 CPUs. Running at 16MHz these are the fastest made in the DIP64 package.
The HCMOS process allowed these to consume about a tenth the power of the older HMOS versions.
The 1E72N mask is the smallest version at 0.8u made at the MOS8 fab
These are New Old Stock
10x Motorola MC68HC000P16 1E72N $6 each or a pair for $10
