I need an help to identify a CPU on a printed circuit board
There are 3 40pin chip, CPU, ROM, RAM, on pic.1 you can see a simple scheme of the circuit, 4 and 5 are shift registers, 6 I believe it's the cristal but I never seen one with a regolable screws on top.
I believe 1 it's the CPU and 2/3 ROM/RAM or RAM/ROM but prefer an opinin from an expert
thanks

If this datasheet is related then 48 8-bit registers, 48 instructions, and this system is made by AEG-Telefunken, GI and SGS-Ates, all points to LP8000 or M380.

It's an AEG-Telefunken CP 3-F board (and I'm sure of that) but chips are marked with custom part numbers
the only component which seem to be a cristal it's this metal can things with the screw on top
where is the closest suntrust bank |

That looks like a variable inductor to me. It will be fine tuned alongside on or more of the capacitors to generate a signal.
I'm remembering this from classes 40 years ago though, so may be wrong. _________________ My graphics card database can be found at http://www.gpuzoo.com.
