It seems there is no P150 with "iMPP". I have several P 133 with "iMPP".

Of course mobile Pentium 150MHz w/ iMPP is exist, I have one(sy058) in my collections.
But I don't have one marked voltage on top, I don't know is exist or not.

Yeah, I looked up the "Intel Pentium Processor Specification", and found the "SY058"/SPGA VRT
