Here are some nice Unisys chips made by IBM.
These are from the 2005-2006 era so likely from a Libra or Dorado Server, before they switched from their custom CMOS CPUs to all Intel CPUs.
The 32R7896 is a CPU as far as we know, the 41A1276 is the same pinout but rather thicker and heavier
SOLD OUTx Unisys 68690312-002 41M1276 $25
SOLDx Unisys 68690312-002 41M1276 damage to heatspreader but good ceramic $14
1x Unisys 68690437-001 32R7896 $25 _________________ New for 2025! The CPU Shack has a co-processor!

Last year I got a set of Unisys modules manufactured by IBM. One of the 2 modules in my set has the same part number that one in this sale has, the 32R7896 CMOS CPU module, but the other one of my set has a different part number of 32R3818.
Like these modules that John just sold, the 2nd module in my set is a good deal thicker and heavier than the 32R7896 CMOS CPU module.
Here's a couple of side by side pictures that shows the thickness difference...
The thinner 32R7896 CMOS CPU module is on the right in these next 2 pictures:
(Click on the pictures for high resolution versions.)
This is what the 32R7896 CMOS CPU module looks like de-lidded:
This is what the thicker 32R3818 module looks like de-lidded:
I think that the thicker 32R3818 module is most likely a L3 cache module, but that's just a guess...
