I have accumulated some motherboards it seems

This is Actually a Single Board Computer by Intel the iSSBC300SX00. It has a rare NG80386SX-16 SX240 CPU and supplrts PLCC68 387s.
It includes dual on board Video (VGA and Mono Cirrus CL-GD510A/CL-GD520A)) rare for a 386
