| I want to upgrade from my current AMD Athlon XP 2500+ CPU and ASUS A7V8X-X mobo to something a bit more suiting for next gen games. Any suggestions? I want to keep it under $250 if at all possible. |

Go to Newegg.com, buy a new socket 939 mobo, and buy a 3200+ venice core. That should run you less than $250 I bet. Then you can sell that old socket A technology.
