What goes in a 209 PGA Socket?

What goes in a 209 PGA Socket?
17x17 socket (like a 486) but with an extra row inside

Only things I have seen are a MB86900 SPARC and bondout versions of the 486/960

This I found on a Dev system from 1993 but no idea what for
