These are like a Xeon E5-4610v2 but with 20ML3 instead of 16 (or a slower 4620v2)
Obviously a non-production processor and a new sspec
9x Xeon E5-46xxV2 2.3 GHz Ivy Bridge-EP-L1 8C20ML3 QDG8
$13 each or a pair for $25
Very nice condition

Question - are these confirmed to be actually quad proc-capable 46xx ES, or is that just from it matching the clocks of the 4610?

Intel listed them as 4 Socket in their internal db so they should be
