Here are what the packages I posted before were destined for (though these ones are curiously made by Kyocera)
These are custom LSI chips in a jhuge 180 lead package
LSI part # L1A0363 and customer part # 655715-1
These were all made in 1987-1988
They come in a custom box that LSI apparently really wanted back, but I thinks its probably too late now haha
I have 8 of these (though 2 each reserved for DM8800er and pixelmanca)
$18 each
