| Maybe an ASUS and a Celeron D.....or eg...the Celeron D has 256 Kb L2 Cache like the first Pentium 4. As Videocard u can take a Radeon X 1600 or a X 600 |

| I would stay away from the celerons with anything that nears serious gaming. |

Get an AMD 3200+ or AMD 3400+, socket 939 for around $150 or less, then get a crazy motherboard for around $100. You may even be able to buy some good ram with the remaining $50. Go to www.newegg.com. _________________ http://www.RareCPUs.com

My cheapest monster is Celeron D 2,13 Ghz with very high OC potential. WIthout OC it is very good CPU in price/performance ... I must say in this moment it is best CPU in this relation. This BOX version cost not more than 50 USD. Motherboard another one 50 bucks.
VGA - 6600 or 6600GT not more than 150 USD and well performance in most games.
1 GB RAM - only good brand like Kingston, Geil, Kingmax, Twinmos etc
To others ... I'm OK with Intel recommendation LOL _________________ Visit ABC CPU - Virtual CPU Museum. |
