Here are some neat ones, IBM no longer makes PowerPC CPUs but they are still used widely, so REI (Rochester Electronics) now makes them to order.
These are PowerPC 750GL CPUs made by REI (using IBM packages it seems)
These are New Old Stock
32K I-Cache + 32K-D Cache - Full FPU - 1M L2 Cache
0.13u 800MHz 1.4-1.50V Low Power tested - Enhanced Reliability screening
Reduced Lead package (but not Rohs)
This is the low power version of the 750GX, really the pinnacle of PowerPC development
9x REI PPC750GLECR2H33V-G $5 each or a pair for $8
