These are some early QED MIPS RM5270 CPUs, before they got bought out by PMC
QED was responsible for the design of many of the MIPS CPUs in the 1990s including the original R4600 and R4700s
The RM52xx (and later RM7000) were the first designs they sold themselves.
The RM5270 is based on the R5000 core and has 16K I/D Caches and a full FPU
The 5270 was the top of the line of series and included a L2 cache controller with support of up to 2MB of external cache
