I'm not sure if they are really MQ80387-25. I have compared to unit from collection and prints on back are the same. The only one difference is number under goldcap. Second photo is from bulk packaging label where it come from. Anyone have a proof of these are 387 instead of 386 ?

This is the label on the packaging at the time of purchase.
In addition, the number of 386 and 387 pins should be different.

Yes you are right these are MQ80387 FPUs. I took to my hands a board with finished chips and 387 looks exactly same. 386 is larger with more pins.
