|
|
Hello,
My website is now finished !
It's based on a customized DAlbum, so I think I don't have to explain how to explore it
You'll find here:
- sure, my CPU/FPU collection (more than 500 chips so far)
- many informations and specifications about processors and coprocessors, just select a family and a webpage will be displayed instead of chip folders
- many pictures and details about packages
- informations and history about sockets (no picture yet)
- a link section (please let me know if your website isn't here and you want to add it)
- the list of all contributors, maybe *you* if we already made several transactions
Let me know if you like it or if there is any problem ! Thanks
PS: no tradelist yet, but if you're interested in something, mail me !

Good pictures, very good contrast and lisibility.
What is you scanner ?
I don't like black background, i prefer white but it is a choice.
No problem to use Intel pictures for packages ?
I was wondering about that for my own website
No photos for sockets ?
Last, for the link to my site, you can put directly http://www.x86-guide.com.
It is a sure address, because I don't know if I will keep my site on free for a long time... _________________ Register on x86-guide.net to manage and share your collection on-line !

My website is mainly for personnal collecting so I didn't really think about that... Badboy I am ^^
No photos for sockets ?

White backgrounds would reflect too much light back to the chip, I don't think they would come out good.
Nice collection! _________________ http://www.RareCPUs.com

About my scanner it's a Canon LaserBase MF3110, and I scanned my chips with a 200 dpi resolution.
