These are "Business Class" Athlon II X2 Processors.
The Business Class processors appeal for OEMs was a 24-month production/support guarantee.
This helped ensure businesses designing them in wouldn't run into end of life issues mere months after deploying them.
They also had a 3-year warranty versus the normal 1-year.
AMD summed it up as "IT departments don't like change."
(I sold the C2 version before but these are the later C3 stepping)
