On some processor's spec there are TPD's for Package, CPU Core and Graphics core.
But I am puzzled that for a 2-die package like the Celeron P4500 that the TDP's for Graphic (12.5) plus CPU (25) do not add up to the total Package TDP (35).

Why not?

| Probably assuming that both dies don't run at full TDP simultaneously, I guess? |
