Some time back I got this MOSTEK Z80 from an old co-worker, left over from a project he worked on decades ago.
From what I can tell, it seems to be a very early Z80 and I haven't seen references to another Z80 from MOSTEK this early.
Does anyone have any insight on this chip? (And perhaps for its companion below it.) |

Nice and early, Mostek was who actually MADE most of Zilogs chips early on (Zilog was fabless)
My earliest MK3880P is from 7714 so a bit newer then yours
