Does a D4001 or D4003 exist?

I have D4004, D4002-1 and D4002-2 but not 4001 or 4003.
Does anyone own these or know if they were ever made by Intel?

They are listed in George Phillips Jr Collector's guide but with the mention no exemplar known. So they may not exist, yes...

I now have my only D4003, thanks to CPU-Galaxy.
I'm still looking for an Intel D4001!

Does anybody have one for sale or trade?
