Westmere ES (A0), 4 core if cache size is correct.

It's probably an Intel Xeon SLBGC W3503.

The chain "Genuine Intel(r) CPU 000 @2.40GHz" indicates it is actually an ES CPU.

Am i right?
I use this link:
https://software.intel.com/content/www/us/en/develop/articles/intel-architecture-and-processor-identification-with-cpuid-model-and-family-numbers.html
And i saw some coincidences:
Processor Signature- 0x206Cx - for Westmere-EP
Intel® BrandProcessor Number -W36xx
L56xx, E56xx, X56xx

The easiest way to identify it would be to remove the heatsink and read off the part number or QDF code.

Otherwise HWInfo64 makes a decent attempt to guess the QDF/s-spec but it is nowhere near perfect.

EDIT: My mistake, you are trying to work off of the picture alone, so this isn't too helpful. Sad

The CPUID and clock seems to match Q2WV as dumped by xhoba
https://www.cpu-world.com/cgi-bin/CPUID.pl?CPUID=68930

So 6c/12t 2.40GHz with no turbo. Definitely Westmere A0, as I have a Q3QS with the same CPUID.

By looking at the L1,L2 cache size it should have four cores.
