These are an uncommon PowerPC 555 CPU used a lot in Automotive computers (these are from Ford)
They are a 40MHz PowerPC core with integrated FPU
These are Automotive temp (-40-125C) and the mask set number was accidently not marked (actually listed as a errata by Freescale lol)
