Here are a couple rare versions of the HP NMOS II Hybrid microprocess.
These ones were used in the HP 9825A desktop computer in the 1970s

These are in a 82 contact gold/white LCC package and were made in Loveland, CO (thus the HP in the hear on the package)
They have lots of writing on the back from testing/debugging them before use.
