|
|
Hello,
When testing some 486 on a SOYO Green 486 motherboard I have found out that the SK080 I have is detected as a DX4 and will go easily at 120Mhz by the jumper config which should keep it lower if it was DX2
This behavior doesn't happen with a classic DX2-66 I have
Anyone has noticed this or has some info? The bios would not be handling it correctly? |

Can you post photos of top and bottom of the chip? It's either a fake or, more likely, made at a time when Intel were out of DX2 die. I don't think it's too uncommon with some sSpecs, but I'm no expert, just a hoarder and collector _________________ My graphics card database can be found at http://www.gpuzoo.com.

Here you are
I don't think it would be a fake chip, it looks really genuine to me |
