| Anyone have or run across any of the socket 7 tillamooks that were based on the flex film dies? Like the golde. Tiger or the actual (not fake) intel ones |

| Some of those were produced for legitimate use in laptops, where a socket 7 was desirable so the platform could be switched between Pentium and K6 processors depending on demand and availability. But I doubt those could be called "actual Intel ones". I assume Intel was providing the film, and manufacturers were choosing to package that on a socket 7 adapter to meet their needs, rather than it coming complete, direct from Intel. |
