CPU Shack: pixelworks PW115 Turbo186 Boards

Here we have some nice boards (I think from Samsung) but more importantly they have sweet Pixelworks processors on them

These are the PW115 which is based on a VAutomation Turbo186 core running at ~50MHz

The -10 is capable of running 1024x768 XGA
and the -20 is capable of 1280x1024 SXGA

The boards also contain a
Analog Devices AD9883AKST-110 110 MSPS analog interface for flat panel display
Samsung K8D1616 16MByte FLash

Pixelworks bought a x86 license from VAutomation in 1997 (amended in 1999 to add the Turbo186) for $25000 plus a per unit charge

These processors are manufactured by TSMC on a 0.18u processo (pixelworks was a fabless company based here in Oregon)
