There is a die inside, but very hard to take a picture or scan from it. I can't remove the plastic cover, will try to scan it better soon.

All the EPROMS have a die inside.

Ahh I see. No need to take additional photos. Some mechanical samples are incomplete that's why I was suspicious. Nice bunch of samples. From one source that lot ?
