Here is a nice batch of Engineering Sample TI TMS320 DSPs (except one 5510)
All the C55x have a 40 bit ALU, dual 17x17 MACs, and a secondary 16-bit ALU
5502 200/300MHz DSP with 16K Instruction Cache
5509 144MHz 128Kx16bit RAM
5510 160/200MHz 160Kx16 RAM with 24K Instruction cache
320DA255 200MHz DSP for portable MP3 Players - May not have become commercially available it seems
