These are all early AMD AM27C1024 CMOS 1Mbit EPROMs which may explain why AMD could not make up their mind on markings style
These are actually the earliest 27C1024s I have seen, from ANY make, TI had prototype 27C210s (same part basically) in 1987-88 and Intel made a NMOS one in 1986
Some of these are of particular interest as they are also marked OTP, seems AMD sold some UV-EPROMs as OTP-PROMS.
Also the chipped one I normally would srap, but its particularly early and very oddly marked 11.5V instead of the more normal 12.5V, maybe AMD was trying to get a lower programming voltage to work?
