Intel Core i9-10990XE Does exist on your opinion?

This week on the internet has been dedicated to CES 2021 and the latest news this week about one interesting Intel Core i9-10990XE processor. The news source is China. I wonder if this processor exists in nature, or is it all fake? I have a photo of processors made by LGA2066 and 3647 and the question arises if there are 18 cores on the cpu die as much as possible, then where can I get the location for four more? Or Intel turned them off and decided that 18 will be enough to be in positive territory compared to AMD with its 16 cores in the mainstream category.

There appear to be a lot of sites which reported the same rumour a year ago, none from this year

I think it's need some time to pass.
Then we get real information about such rare stuff.
Look at assumption about "Everest processors". Most of people did not believe in it until first videos about it into Youtube.
