Looking for the datasheet of this family of SOCs. Looks like there is not only one model, but I was only able to find the product brief which doesn't mention all models.
But for sure, there are at least 5 models, 3110, 3111, 3112, 3123 & 3133.

The datasheet was available here http://download.intel.com/design/celect/downloads/ce3100-datasheet.pdf

but it is not the case anymore or I don't have the right access...

Anyone has this datasheet ?

Thanks.

Super cool ! I spent lot of time to find it on the Internet Wayback Machine, and I also seen that it was available on read.pudn.com, but I didn't think to combine both...
Unfortunately, it doesn't give any clue on what exactly CE3110, 3111, 3112, 3123 & 3133 are...
Otherwise, very interesting datasheet !

Codename "Canmore".

SoC based on Pentium M 800 MHz with PowerVR SGX535 IGP

Architecture details here: https://en.wikichip.org/w/images/f/f7/canmore-product-brief.pdf

Yeah, read all of that already. But everywhere it is like there is only one chip, the CE3100. But I found all the partnumbers in a PCN, and there are way too much and way too different for only one chip !

AQCE3110800256, AQCE3123EVY, AQCE3123EVN, AQCE3123VY, AQCE3123VN, AQCE3123EBL, AQCE3133EBL, AQCE3133VY, AQCE3111VN, AQCE3112CN, AQCE3112EIV...

Also, in the datasheet and the product brief, it is written that there are 100 & 133MHz FSB & 6:1/8:1/9:1/10:1/12:1 clock ratios ! You can only do a 800MHz chip with 6:1/133 & 8:1/100... So what the use for the other combinations ???

And it is not written 800MHz in productbrief. This is written 800MHz+ !
I really think that 3110 only is rated @800MHz and 3123 and 3133 are higher clocked. Like 3123 @ 1000MHz with 10:1*100 and 3133 @ 1200MHz with 12:1*100 or 9:1*133
3111 & 3112 may be running @800MHz but with different features from 3110.
Unfortunately, the datasheet is the 1.0 revision and I think that newer versions came later on. Hence the new partnumber style for 3111 and above...

So nothing to prove or to confirm those assumptions...

[TW] Gigabyte GN-MD300-RH - CE3100 @ 1.2 GHz (https://ibewe.jedi.net.tw/media/0810/5cf36c3c-3c11-152b-6eee-51a41e2abf2f.jpg)
[TW] Gigabyte GN-MD310-RH - CE3100 @ 1.2 GHz (uses the same motherboard as the MD300)

I suspect that their 'CE3100' SoCs aren't exactly a 'CE3100', as the SoCs that you mentioned are labeled with different numbers. I also believe that the CE3100 is just a generalization for the CE3110 and its various counterparts, which may explain the odd variety of models in the PCN.

A newer revision of that datasheet? I doubt it. Intel never cared that much about the CE3100 series, as you could tell by the limited selection of TV boxes that made use of the CE3100 series.

You should consider buying those TV boxes for disassembly. That's the only way of tracking down its specifications, and of course confirming your assumptions.
