Not a problem. I think these processors deserve a separate thread by themselves. I don't remember seeing any Intel 80486DX-50 with old Intel logo before.

I never would have guessed that intel even made a dx50 with the old logo. I always assumed the dx50 was released after the logo change. Verry impressive. As to their beauty. I have worse and their not even as rare as these. They look beutiful to me.

I wouldnt be surprised if Intel didnt have stocks of various chips. Why hang onto them? ( from their perspective ). Very tempting for an accountant to "recover" capital by reprocessing old stock.
