These are Nvidia Tegra K1 Visual Computing Module Engineering Samples.
These were designed for use in cars (the Audi A8 uses one) for 'autonomous' driving
At its heart is a Quad core ARM Cortex-A15 running at 1.9-2.5GHz.
This also includes a GK20A based Kepler GPU with 192 Cuda cores.
the device features the GPU silicon die along with four DRR3 memory packages and one Flash memory package
